That's my own conclusion. I'm not even sure that teva doesn't have a poison pill.

How i came up with that conclusion was the fact that pfizer at this point has the cash but with the exception to small but promising companies there's nobody to buy. Everyone is in the same boat per se.

You know i've always admired Lilly and as it turns out they're the worse one out there right now.

I figure Pfizer is going to lose about $14b-16b in products by 2012 which represents close to a third of it's current sales. My thought was could they buy teva ($10b sales) and use a model similar to novartis to put its own products generic but still control the channel somewhat. I would think that Pfizer would "own" Teva on a similar relationship as roche/dna.

Any thoughts?
