If you can recover losses over these pinkie scams, then there wouldn't be so many ppl that lost their money in these plays lol. I hear these whines, complaints, and threats of sues all the time, and at the end, no action other than board posts.

Lawsuits are tough, tedious and cost alot of money. No individual will actually get a decent lawyer to fight on their side against so little money, lol. You might end up with more lawyer fees than any recovery, if any. The fact that PMCL is located in Canada made this even tougher. Good luck finding Kron off in the Carribeans.

MARK MY WORDS, the ones that are saying LEGAL ACTIONS will end up just doing nothing but disappear and accept their losses. So dont let their words give you any hopes of recovery. This is a done deal. BITE it and take the TAX LOSSES. (Tax losses are what ppl usually end up saying after losing all their money in a pinkie to comfort themselves because they can do nothing else lol)
