IF there is a ray of light, I believe that for those that are still in CSHD that ray of light is that the SEC has not yet moved to whack the stock itself. Rufus is going to get penalized, civilly, and CSHD, it appears, will be jointly penalized by the Court since Rufus was the CEO.
CSHD is basically a shell, and has been a shell all along, when you get right down to it. EVERYTHING Rufus said was basically a LIE.
IF the Court is kind, he will assess most of the penalties against Rufus, and not against CSHD.
Rufus is a TOTAL POS. Anyone not realizing that at this point should NOT be trading ANY STOCK! Get all your money OUT of the stock market and buy a CD. YOU SHOULD NOT BE TRADING, PERIOD!
IF you think that anything that Rufus may file at this point will make a difference, you are totally deluded. IF you think that Rufus has ANY control over what will happen, as he filed no answer and was in default, you are TOTALLY deluded.

I exited around $1.50. It went to $4.00 a share after that, and THAT is a FACT. I realized the bonds were a scam, and Rufus SAID he had cashed that $50M bond in and had that CASH in the BANK. That was BS! That's when I left. I thought the stock would get halted sooner than it did, once I found that out. I KNEW this was a lie. I also posted on this board that I thought it was a lie. It went to $4.00 after that, so the SMART traders made a helluva lot more money than I did, and the not so smart traders are holding the bag.
IF ANYONE thinks that Rufus Paul Harris, Paul Rufus Harris, or any other alias he may use, is going to turn CSHD around, YOU ARE INSANE. There is more Kool-Aid in your veins than the law should allow.
Do I personally feel bad about it? I feel bad that RPH lied to ALL of us.
For those still in CSHD, the stock has been delisted to the grey market. I didn't see where the SEC has sought to revoke the stock completely, so that is really the only ray of hope for those still in it. CSHD/FHAL has never been more than a shell that never really had any assets. The merger was a farce, and all the "assets" were a farce. RPH will hopefully be charged criminally. IF he isn't charged CRIMINALLY, the system has failed us again. Alexander should probably be charged CRIMINALLY right along with Rufie.
I exited CSHD well over a year ago. I was a Mod on this board for a very short period of time. I exited around $1.50, and the stock went to $4.00 after I exited. I was no longer a part of this board, and sure as hell didn't pump the stock after I had already left and it went up from $1.50 to $4.00. I thought it was a scam, and it was. RPH is scammer. I hope he rots in jail.
Will you recoup your losses? No way to know. I think it's doubtful. You probably should write those losses off and either go to trading other stocks, or quit trading altogether.
There is NOTHING that the SEC has to prove. I sue YOU and you file no ANSWER, my allegations are taken as TRUE...PERIOD. That is what happened here. RUFUS was a DUFUS and did NOT do his job to protect his shareholders.
Those that believe in Rufus think that this is EXACTLY what he wanted to have happen. PLEASE, put the Kool-Aid down, and THINK. Rufus can't even show up at the hearing without being arrested, and even if he showed up, the Court/Judge will not listen to him because the IDIOT never timely filed a response. This is SIMPLE LAW 101.
CSHD is done for the time being. It's simply a shell, with baggage.
MY heart goes out to all that are still in CSHH, and to those that believed this scammer. For those of you that believe that RPH is going to turn this around, you deserve to lose your money. NOBODY could really be that stupid at this point. I KNOW those are very brash statements to make, but they are true to life. RPH LIED! He dessrves to be in jail. I HOPE that he WILL end up in JAIL, where he belongs.
I BELIEVED the lies for a while. HAD I been a really smart trader, I would have sold closer to $4.00 than the $1.50 range I sold at, when I left. You should play a scam stock for what it's worth, and I certainly didn't play this one the way I should have, and it cost me. I thought the SEC would have shut this down earlier than it did, and ANYONE following me KNEW LONG before the stock got halted that it was eventually going to happen.
I don't post much anymore, but I did want to make this post to you.
I DO wish the best of luck to you all. The stock market teaches tough lessons, and CSHD has probably taught some rough lessons to a LOT of folks. It was a scam from the beginning, and it took me a while to learn that. I wish I had sold my shares closer to $4.00, but I didn't. I will recognize, I hope, the next time the the SEC doesn't move as fast as I think the will/should.
