No, Intel has not explicitly provided details behind the design of Silverthorne. Nor do they for any product. Everybody knows that Silverthorne is a brand-new, from-the-ground-up design. Except you. I wonder why that is?
You know, Intel has never explicitly stated that Itanium is a separate design from Xeon. You might be on to something here....
