Let's see what happens at the next OSC hearing.

OSC is no joke. They have authority similar to the SEC and will disgorge, fine and ban people from the securities industry if they have a case. OSC has set up disgorgement funds in the past for shareholders who were damaged by the action of criminals.

I think it's best to let OSC do the work right now. If OSC hands us another 3 month delay, we might want to consider contacting law firms and file a class action lawsuit against both PMCL and their transfer agent. A law firm will look at the facts and figure out if we can get back any money.

I think PMCL company officers are not acting on behalf of the shareholders if they do not sue the individuals who printed and sold PMCL shares. Company officers need to step up or we will hold them responsible. They might have even benefited from the sale of shares by the transfer agent.

It's both a civil and criminal case.

Let's see if a deal is made between the criminals and OSC on Nov 29th. The criminals have been caught red-handed and can either make a deal or face a jury trial.
