That IS true. Apparently, there were 4.3 BILLION shares out there, even though that is ABOVE their AS. How does a company do that? And just recently, there were 2.5 BILLION shares in the float. Where did the other nearly 2 BILLION come from and who got them? Apparently "authorized" means nothing. I wonder if Jeff or Mikey can help with the math, since their are all-knowing. Another interesting questions is why "insiders" held 77% and now only hold 57%? Who dumped 20% of the shares? Maybe the company can give up another one of their wonderful updates, explaining why they have lied so much. I'm sure it's not their fault. They must have other evil employees who are causing them to dump shares and do a R/S. For a company that is trying to get their share structure under control, it's all very interesting. Hopefully, people will wake up enough to dump their shares after the R/S, before the company beats them to it. By the end of the first day, the O/S will be back up to 1 BILLION, since the A/S doesn't mean anything to them.
