I agree with your perspective that the two ones in the common stock reference are different. There is no question that the key has left a different pattern of imprint.
What drew my attention at higher magnification (I used 750% because of the poor clarity) was the similarity of pattern though of the first "1" in the common stock notation and the "1" referenced in the preferred stock noted.
Also, at higher magnification, the first one cannot be mistaken for the symbol ":" instead as I was hoping (which would imply the "right" set of numbers is ":1" and not "11")
As shareholders, this is something that you should politely but forcefully request a clarification on from the company.
