No, Get Eisner's Day Job (or GSCO's Paulson...)

February 25, 2004 -NY Post- Dissident former board members of Walt Disney Co. yesterday said the company has ignored their requests for details on compensation decisions that awarded Chief Executive Michael Eisner millions of dollars over the last few years. Roy Disney and Stanley Gold, two former directors waging a public campaign to unseat Eisner, said their requests for information on Eisner attorney Irwin Russell's involvement in the compensation and bonus discussions were only partially met after they sued the company on Feb. 10. A Disney spokesman was not immediately available. Eisner's pay package rose 20 percent in 2003 to $7.3 million. His salary was unchanged at $1 million, but his stock bonus rose to $6.25 million from $5 million in 2002.
