essentially the top of the bollie rule of thumb. The quicker it runs, the shorter the run..the slower and steadier the run, it gives the bands time to expand to accomodate.
Todays answer is .035 however it needs to be watched. The bands are a great indicator becasue it needs to trade inside them. If you see the price headed up slowly, you will also see the top band expanding. Howver if its a quick blip, it will be short lived.
