Nice to see you looking here vz..In a nutshell, you have a company which has laid out its business core structure prior to announcing two acquisitions totaling 17 million in annual revenues..The responsible reduction in the O/S has been accompanied by a reduction in the A/S..The company seeks to uplist to AMEX..Each news event has only strengthened this one unlike the typical P/D plays so many steer away from..Chevy and a few others have put together some nice DD with some realistic numbers and projections.

Read through the previous Pr's and you will see transparency..I am biased but hold a nice long position on this one that I am content to sit on..I am not sticking my neck out too far to say ,YES, this is a good stock...GL.
