The last trade was done @16h03, but went in before the 90 seconds and is not considered a "T TRADE".
In fact, it was me, testing ARCA at the ASK, at the end of the session.
As soon as my order hit him, they went off the ASK 0.0279 and showed 0.028.
ARCA seems to be trying to scare sellers and push them downwards to sell.
As I say, ... very few buys and sells. 100% Retail and some matched small trades.
The important thing is that we didn't see any After Hours ("T Trades") as usual, and the volume was very low.
I insist about my thoughts, which are that the CD holders have been selling their spare shares to 'friend investors', and that is why we've been seeing so much volume during all these past sessions, and so many "T Trades" after hours.
The conversion of CD's would have been done, and now there is only retail trading and maybe ARCA trying to force some sells to get cheappies, since the CD holders are no longer selling, but holding 4.99% of the O/S, each one of the 13 CD holders.
Well, that's what I think, and now I have 10k more shares, LOL.
"T Trades" look like a thing of the past. But let's see during the next few days, id Volume keeps languishing and we only see some Retail trading.
At least, today, there were no "T Trades", but I want to see a few more sessions, and a 0.03 breakout.
... we have those later than 90 seconds after closing. These trades fall into two categories and typically involve larger size lots
This is sometimes used by financial institutions that are non market makers to report larger transactions that actually occurred during market hours, but since they do not have access to the ACT (Automated Confirmation Transaction Service) use Form T to report. In essence, bypassing the MMs.
MMs are basically prohibited from these "Off Market transaction" as spelled out in
These ”Off Market” trades are typically used by larger investors to buy larger lots at prearranged prices without risking to drive the price upward or downward.
I believe that the CD holders have been shorting and also matching trades and "Off Market" "T Trades" to unload their excess of shares, while converting their remaining CD's, to accumulate up to 4.99% of the O/S, allowding them to accumulate up to 72 million shares, among the 13 CD holders.
I'm looking forward to getting somekind of PR from the company, telling us that the CD conversions are over, but since they can only hold 4.99% of the O/S, each CD holder, then we can't know whether they have done it or not.
The stock should be 'Retail Trading' until we get news, and we have ARCA and NITE trying to scare at the ASK, but not really selling shares.
Let's see if during the coming days, we don't see any of those "T Trades", and we trade on lowering volume.
