Yes, the information about the warrants was in the initial deal with the initial holder, Biometrics LLC.
That is not who holds them now.
You might want to focus your concern on the upcoming trial in Sequiam's former reseller's company and their CEO.
Right now, Sequiam's busy making new deals, like the 500K deal with Sharper Image, and possibly a deal in CA with the government entities, imo.
