I do not have $5mm in cash available, or I would, indeed, consider what
you suggested.

Hackett's funding for WiseBuys store conversions and additional store
expansion being sought. Nothing 100% yet ....

When there is a definitive (ie firm) commitment for funding, I will
certainly announce that. Too preliminary at this point.
