These conversion prices are ones negotiated prior to my involvement. I
have no option but to honor them. The cash I have needed to be put to
use acquiring Hacketts (That is, I didn't have enough capital to both
pay off legacy debt AND acquire Hacketts). My goal is to shore up the
balance sheets of Hacketts/WiseBuys, and then I will deal with shares
outstanding issue.
