Theoretically, maybe. Actually......no. The drop of water IS the ocean. Both are H2O. Think of it as waves. You can point to a wave, but is the wave, when you first saw it, the same wave that arrives at the shore? It may look that way, but there is prolly not one molecule of the original wave left when it arrives. All is illusion.
