gr8move, well, you can probably patent a waterfall if you can figure out a method to make it fall upward, lol. I say that on having noticed a waterpark in southern Texas where they have a 'water rollercoaster' that you sit on your float and the water flume brings you uphill! I believe they have jets of water that are directed/tilted at an upward angle so that your float actually goes uphill on the water flume.
