Yep it's always in their hands. When they want to run it,they run it, charts be damned.

I was looking through my records tonight, and noticed that WLSI has "signaled 4 times". Without going into what that means, of the stocks I've kept record of only 7.7% of the time have they "signaled 4 times".

On those occasions the stocks rose an average of 245% after the 4th signal.

Let's hope that holds up this time lol.
