Tom and Dede are officers of the Company, they aren't SWVC...lol..we are. I don't know what else to say, it's ok to think I'm wrong...hell, red thinks I'm wrong on the o/s conversion max...but I do know how to read financials lol.

I own more of this than most here. The only real part that I didn't like, and if I had to be picky, is that $400+ debt that we took along with the original Highgate/Cornell debt. I don't like that one because it had such bad conversion terms (.001/share).

All I can think about it is that Tom must have went back to KK and GS and said..ok, since my Company is going to be paying for this sh&&, I'm getting something for this! This is why I expect "better terms" on the GS acquisition!!
