Yes, I hear you. That could be the case regarding filing the 10Q. It may come on Monday or take a bit longer. No biggie. Regarding o/s, I agree that its probably around 80 million, but they had to file the s-8 for the stock incentive plan. That is a requirement. They only have to report the new o/s in the quarterly reports (10Qs). What I'm saying is they may have issued some shares to fund but I doubt it, that's all. They did issue 20 million between may and june to increase outstanding from 50 million to 70 million, but that was during R&D for the web product and they weren't making any sales yet. So, since the outstanding was 70 million as of August 1st, I assume the outstanding is 80-120 million (leaning towards the lower end). It's not a big deal really. That is still very low to me. I just don't want people to complain if they had to issue a bit in august while they were ramping up sales. That's all. I'm long and strong on this stock. I think its only up from here and looking to reach pennies this week. GLTA.
