flipped out of alot at .275 this AM. picked up more at .21 just a bit ago - looking to sell half at .025 again - and hold some for lotto ticket after hours earnings report. This stock will run HARD if they dont announce CH.11 - and from the looks of this news here - they seem to have some paper left:

Developments and development groups participating in the agreement include Naples Reserve, developed by Gulfcoast Development Group; Kite Eagle Creek II, developed by Kite Realty Group (an Indiana company;) KRG 951 & 41, of Kite Realty Group; KRG Eagle Creek II, by Kite Realty Group; TOUSA Homes; Habitat for Humanity; Naples Golf Development; ABC Liquors; Realty Net Real Estate; Southern Development; MCKK Property Acquisitions; NBC RV (the Basik family); and NBC Land Holdings (the Basik family).
