doggone - this seems like excellent news. regarding your inquiry - the 08/06 PR stated perihelion would immediately start managing this station. they are doing so currently. further, it stated perihelion will file a formal application with the FCC to transfer ownership and would therein notify shareholders when that process was complete.
thanks for bringing this news to the board. it seems like they were successful in working with various parties to get the station approved to broadcast digital.
