The CEO is pulling out of the conference he was scheduled to speak at tomorrow. What does that tell you? Odds are at least decent they will be taken out - in which case, good speculation on your part!

I'm semi-surprised because, if it is ATrade, as MSGI stated on another board, ATrade could get a lot of these accounts for almost nothing anyway.

Still, I can imagine ETrade desperate to sell as they may not have another chance. I presume the price will be higher than today, but you never know. If the deal was largely cut overnight, it might be below today's close.
