You are exactly right. However, they are a non-reporting company for a reason. I wouldn't look for that to change in the near future. SBRX has shown the ability to move their pps quite apart from the retail market. They will sell blocks of their stock to institutions as restricted and over night the pps jumps dramatically. I have seen it happen. That's the lotto ticket and that's why I'm here.
