Bull, you guys can't sue Tom for anything. There is a forward looking statement in the filing. It clearly states that the common shareholders equity may be compromised by equities selling get a life.

I was down over 1k sold for a loss. I'm still well into the green on the year, but I'm not dumb enough to hold a diluting stock.
