Well, there are just a couple of suggestions I could noodle here.

The company has half a million brokerage accounts. The present market cap is a quite attractive 1.5 Billion.

I wonder what would happen to the stock price if they, say announced a merger with one of the other brokerage companies that wouldn't mind paying $300 and account. I have heard that an account is worth upwards of $1000.
