Me: Is Cornell done converting shares?

Tom: Did you read the 8K?

Tom: Well, are they?

Me: Not sure...can't tell

Tom: Dude, I don't have time for this, quit calling me, that's inside info, I gotta go...why don't you drive to Ithaca and find out.
