Kingpin, normally they do, but have have a bond portfolio managed by a company in San Antonio which uses Fidelity for all their clients. As a result, I get the $8 trades as long as my account balance doesn't drop below a certain amount and I make a given number of trades over a specified period of time. What I like about Fidelity is the safety factor of having my money there instead of smaller companies like ETrade.
