On what basis is it said that the company is out of business? A quick search on Yahoo didn't show any PR or filings to that effect. Might be true, but where's the proof?

On what basis is it said that they are saving money for "salaries and self-dealing"? Is that a fact, or an assumptionor opinion? If a fact, it should be supportable by evidence. If an assumption or opinion, should be stated as such.

You will notice that there's not a single factual reference in that whole post.

It may be true. It may be false. It may be partly true and partly false. I have no idea; I know nothing about the company. But if I read that, I would put it in the same wastebasket as the "this company is zooming, back up the truck while there's still time" posts. Both are, IMO, just completely unsupported opinions of equally dubious merit.
