Yes, alert the bad guys. This isn't something where they have to be caught in the act. I'm sure that if ANY shenanigans have been in play since Sept (when he first spoke of the a/h trades) it can be looked at from a historical standpoint and can be figured out and who was involved.

But my guess is that all of this is just shareholders placing a value on the company based on the limited amount of financial data available. For example,

It's like me saying I own 1,000 "classic" autos and I am selling shares in them. I can't tell you what kind or what the value is, but if you tell me they are worth $1 million by valuing them at that figure, and I know they are worth much much more but I won't tell you how much more, will you just trust me and keep pouring in money based on my say so? Even if there are several people who also value them at $1 million as well?

Now, if I say, hey, these cars are worth $20 million and here's why, think that would that prompt you to pay more for shares?
