In addition to running Seaway Capital since 2002, Mr. Scozzafava co-founded, invested in, and serves as President and CEO of GS AgriFuels, a renewable fuels company that has acquired about $40 million of agrifuels assets since mid-2006. Seaway Capital also founded and financed WiseBuys Stores, Inc., a chain of big box retail stores with over $35 million of sales since initiating operations in November 2003.
