Letter to Shareholders - November 9, 2007
Dear Shareholders:
Recently, there have been requests for share structure and information received by our transfer agent. Normally, this is not a problem, however, in the past week people have been misrepresenting themselves as employees of Podium Venture Group or authorized individuals. Until today, the transfer agent has been authorized to give out information. Based upon the recent problems with people lying to the transfer agent and giving false information, the company is taking the necessary steps to protect shareholders and the company.
Therefore, going forward, the transfer agent has been instructed as to who may receive information and the procedures required to receive it. The company will update PinkSheets.com once per month with up-to-date and accurate information.
This move is done not to keep information from shareholders, but rather to keep accurate information in the market. It does not serve the company well to have people (shareholders or other)posing as company directors and/or officers.
In the future, we hope to be able to lift this restriction. Podium Venture Group is making efforts to become completely transparent with shareholders and will continue to take required steps over the coming months. We look forward to bringing Podium Venture Group to the level we believe it is capable of.
I am sorry we are having to take this step, as it was not something I wanted to do. However, with the blatant lies to the transfer agent and misinformation being repeated, I believe this to be the best step to protect the company the its shareholders at this time. We have been provided the names of those requesting and giving false information, and the company is going to follow up with appropriate actions so we can stop this from happening again.
