northwest, I don't think fools deserve it

I met a real nice elderly gentleman on umcc. He was smart, worked hard, saved for his retirement properly. He heard about a great investment, the next HDI. He wanted to get in on the ground floor. The stock promoter Westergaard said it was safe, a sure thing. He didn't say anything like it would go to $50 from $2. He said it'd go from $2 to $3 in a year and was safe. The guy invested his money.

The touts that followed Westergaard hyped it up also. They, Westergaard, the CEO of the company, the marketing person, would email the old guy pretending to be his friend, telling him to buy more at every dip, have faith, patience will be rewarded. The touts and west bashed me like crazy, threatened to sue me daily, spammed my email boxes, lied and said the ceo was suing me... All teh while I told him the projections made no sense. I'm close to the company and knew 25% of the employees and tons of their competitors, suppliers, dealers, bike buyers. I posted emails showing that they weren't paying their bills, were only building a few bikes with problems... I showed absolute proof. The guy still bought more...and lost it all. He lost his retirment money and said he'd rather kill himself then tell his wife. He called me up crying. To hear an old man cry is horrible. This man did not deserve to lose his money. He was a very trusting kind person. Everyone snookered him. Because there were so many of them including the ceo and west had credentials, he believed them. Then the guy went missing. I called his house and his wife said he took nothing and left. This guy didn't deserve it. Some people, trusting people, kids, disabled, need to be protected. That's why the SEC tries to prevent this type of fraud. It is illegal and wrong. I don't think anyone deserves it.

I will do all that I can to prevent this. Quite a few people who saw my posts thanked me and acted upon my advice and saved money. I have a ton of thank you emails. I get a ton of thank yous from npct investors and astn investors as well. They don't post it on the boards as they don't want to get bashed and some just read and don't post.
