Gfp - I'm agreeing with you, the CMO hire didn't change any conclusions or investing decisions for me.

But objectively, I think with his resume and his choice to still sign on after the IND rejection, it's more reasonable than not to file Tran's hiring under Net Positive instead of the trash can.

The CC definitely conclusively told us that the plan is to tough it out with trials.

I also got from the CC that there was no serious buy out or partnering interest in Cortex right now.

So selling or partnering on the cheap, or pushing ahead with the RD trial to try and re-add value to the company seemed about the only 2 options available at this time.
