I just want to know why the 202,864,131 share desparity in O/S totals in from the 8K to the Amended 8K.

If a debt conversion, what debt conversion was this?
Where are these shares appearing from?
We can all have our black helicoptor fears but I'm sure we'd all like to know.

Thanks for pointing out our O/S total mistake. I don't exactly like how you go about your business sometimes, but you seem to be correct on this issue and appreciate the more accurate info than I was providing.

I shouldn't have missed that in the amended 8K but did.
