3rd Qtr CC was the most upbeat this investor has heard from ISIS, and I've listened to a few over the last 5 years.

There was a lot of good news, but hearing that ISIS has a potential block-buster drug in an FDA Phase 3 trial was the highlight. Patient dosing at 200mg once a week is already underway in a clinical trial for Mipomerson(ISIS 301012).

Rest of the call was about ISIS having ~$196 million cash in the bank and money rolling in from a "who's who" list of new partners and sponsors. They also confrimed that plans to spin out/sell the IBIS biz in mid 2008 are moving ahead as expected.
