Viva,

I cannot seem to find the counts of the O/S and the dates they increased. I do know that the reason I came up with my 40 million though is that although they converted about 500K worth sub-penny, there wasn't a O/S increase until it was trading at or around .03. That is why I came up with my calculations.

I don't have the patience today to review the dates of the O/S increases but I am quite sure if you lay them over a price chart I am pretty damn close.
