Sandy told me we will own shares in the new Company, we (BKMP) will own TFN Global, after an IPO....hmmmmmmmmm!

How does that work? Do we (BKMP) have to sell our % of TFN, prior to an IPO? and buy over the market.

Being a holding company of TFNG, how do we buy shares during an TFNG IPO???

I am SO confused!!!
