1.Profits
2.Dividends
3.Share price increase.
4.Positive news reported often.
5.Annual reports to stockholders.
6.Annual shareholders meeting with issues to vote on.
7.Shareholders being able to vote in person or by proxy.
8.A year when some "plans" didn't fail and result in dilution.
