Why don't we ever learn. There "seems" to a number of good buys out there right now, but after what I'd consider a terrible earnings season (in recent history) the housing market, interest rates, loans and the tech outlook wouldn't you consider we are entering a new "cycle" rather than thinking that every morning news as an "event".
If its a cycle we should sit on the sidelines per se.
