EMC is laying off aaprox 50% of employees because outsourceing to India is giving them a lower overhead (sad but true) These CEO's will cut your nuts off for a nickle. go to yahoo fin and pick up the news They are restructuring, and reorganizing in order to keep up with competition I may be wrong on these % figures, but this is what I've got.
