This will result in the Company obtaining a new CUSIP Number and a new Trading Symbol, very shortly.
As announced on November 1, 2007, Prime Group, Inc. is now finalizing the acquisitions of three Gold Mining Exploration Companies from Fortress Financial Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : FFGO.PK). The terms of these acquisitions have now been agreed upon, by both Prime Time Group, Inc. and by Fortress Financial Group, Inc. Fortress Financial Group, Inc. had completed their due diligence into Prime Time Group, Inc. and is satisfied with the results.
It is expected that the final agreements will be signed in and during this week and the full details of this transaction; as well as the effects upon the valuations of both Prime Time Group, Inc. and Fortress Financial Group, Inc.; will be released to the market and to the stockholders; but only after the signing of these agreements by both Prime Time Group, Inc. and Fortress Financial Group, Inc.
Given the speculation over these transactions and numerous communications from stockholders, we ask that stockholders wait for both Prime Time Group, Inc. and Fortress Financial Group, Inc.; to release the detailed terms of these transactions.
