I agree with skier on this one. FM has never had 10 mln cash in his possession, even combined with all his companies and affiliates. I think the current game is the exchange of shares of HISS in the possession of FM, his companies and BA for the shares of WTCT in the possession of HISS, and the major bluff would be to exchange at the historical rate: 1 WTCT for 0.125 share of NEW HISU.
