No. I didn't ask about the share structure because he said the 10SQ would be out so I thought what the heck I will read about it. Sounds like something real nice is heading our way. The one thing I like is that the are a fully reporting OTCBB stock. I think they may have gotten their act together this time. We will see next week. GLTA
