Well then I guess the contractors were stupid.
They essentially gave Steve a loan.
And you are right ... they still owe SBS.

Again ... if what you say is true ... I wouldn't want to be Steve Sulga.
But ... I have heard similar comments about others in this Sulja saga.
I don't think any of them can really point fingers.
But as far as degrees of dishonesty go ... PV still takes the cake.
