When International Trade was incorporated and posted here many of the longs welcomed it, thinking that it most likely had something to do with Premium.

Incorporating companies is not illegal or unethical.
Why would the RCMP be interested in some very recent companies that may have no business operations whatsoever?

If you are making the claim that Steve is stealing SBS business while remaining CEO of that company ... that is completely another matter.

I think it inadvisable for Steve to be in direct competition with SLJB Nevada.
As to SBS, it is in Receivership and may not ever reopen.
