Oh I'm sorry, I thought we were talking about why Steve should step down as CEO. What you refer to are accusations, what Steve has done as CEO of a public company and starting 3 private companies that would compete directly with SLJB is a clear violation of conflict of interest under the company bylaws. I have no problem with Steve doing whatever he wants to do. All I'm saying is that he should step down. If you disagree with this please explain your point of view.
