Yes, I agree that GSI has been in business for quite some time, in fact I believe it is 10 years. That's the ONE thing that makes me nervous. How can you be in business for 10 years and still consider yourself a "development stage" company that has had zero revenues in 10 years?????

This is why I keep on asking about their financial partners. I will call the company today and ask these questions.
