As per my post 2 weeks ago and my personal research, the Company and the TA are not at fault. DTC droped the ball somewhere along the process. Besides, if investors believe that there is hidden value in this Company, they should buy regardless of replacement share issue. The only time one would need new shares is to dump them, which of course is your right.
