If a company cannot find good high return use foe the hoard of cash they have, it is not well managed, period. Excessive cash in the till, more than is required to support the business in potential lean times is bad cash management. Gate did not want to pay it out as dividends because of the tax consequences, maybe now he'll pay some of it out.
