Select American Transfer Company (SATC) shut down after OSC zeroed in on them.

Some of the companies they represented move to Fairross Stock Transfer Company in Toronto.

PMCL moved to the American Stock Transfer Company.

I don't know if any of the SATC criminals are working at Fairross.

I'll try to contact First American Transfer Company to see if they can at least verify the PMCL board of directors.
